Refer a patient

I work alongside referring providers, not in place of them.

When you refer someone, I handle the genetics: reviewing their personal and family history, deciding whether genetic testing is appropriate, ordering and interpreting any testing that is needed, and helping the patient understand what the results mean. You remain their treating provider, and I send a summary back to you after the visit.

Specialties:

Hypermobile EDS (hEDS), hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), and related connective tissue conditions.

Family planning and prenatal counseling at any stage, from preconception through pregnancy, covering inherited risks and testing options.

Personalized genetic risk assessment with in-depth review of hereditary risks across any area of concern, including but not limited to cardiovascular, neurological, and cancer genetics.

Logistics:
All visits are secure telehealth, available to patients across 20 states. Care is self-pay with transparent pricing, and I provide superbills for patients who wish to seek reimbursement. A referral is not required for a patient to book, but I am glad to coordinate with you directly.

What this means for your patients:
Unhurried appointments built around the patient, not a packed schedule. Continuity, since your patient works with the same genetic counselor from first visit through results. Telehealth access with no travel. A clear handoff back to you, with a written summary for the chart.
