My Background

Education MS, Genetic Counseling | California State University, Stanislaus; MPH, Global Health | Boston University School of Public Health

Clinical Experience Prenatal and preconception | Infertility and Recurrent Pregnancy Loss | Neurogenetics | Connective Tissue Disorders | Cardiovascular

I trained in academic and clinical settings at UCSF and Kaiser Permanente.

My approach combines scientific expertise with a public health perspective, focused on making genetic information clear, practical, and accessible. I believe care should meet people where they are and support informed, actionable decisions.

My interest in genetics began when I learned that hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) runs in my family. This experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what it means to receive genetic information as a patient, and it shapes how I show up for every person I work with.

I'm based in Oakland, California.
